Headquartered in Alpharetta, GA, ICON Technology Group(ITG) is
a privately funded company focused on providing Enterprise Strength
Voice Driven Solutions using state of the art tools and techniques.
Voice technology offers a powerful, natural medium for humans
to access information through voice. Our core group is formed by alumni from
Georgia Institute of Technology(Georgia Tech) and Georgia State University (GSU)
who have a combined experience of more than three(3) decades of developing large
enterprise strength, mission critical applications.
ICON Technology Group offers
its applications and expertise through various business models
including Voice Solution Provider (VSP) for voice enabling customer
applications, Application Service Provider (ASP) and Application
Licenses for our products.

Ram Ramesh

Ram Ramesh serves as the CEO and Chief Software Architect of the organization. He brings with him more than 18 years of solid experience
architecting, designing and implementing large, complex mission critical systems for large enterprises such as IBM, BellSouth, Delta Airlines, Hitachi Telecom, Fundtech Corporation etc. Mr. Ramesh has been lauded by customers for his creative vision, simple,
elegant solutions to complex problems and presistence and resolve to find solutions to business problems using technology as a tool. Mr. Ramesh holds a BS in Electronics Engineering from India and an MS in Computer Science from Georgia State University, Atlanta, GA.

Kalyani Lakshmi

Kalyani Lakshmi serves as the Technology Advisor to the organization. She brings with her more than 13 years of solid experience
She has also architected, designed and implemented large, complex mission critical systems for large enterprises such as Deloitte and Touche, AT&T, CITIBANK, GTE and Verizon Wireless, Ms. Lakshmi, through her real world enterprise experience and academic knowledge is an expert in finding the right solution to business problems using the appropriate technology.
Ms. Kalyani holds a BS in Electronics Engineering from India and an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, GA.
