The Business Issue:
A leading health care service network needed feedback and analysis of service levels for Patients, doctors and other participants in the health system. They wanted access through different delivery channels- Mobile Phones/PDAs for doctors, Web, Voice, PDA/Mobile Phones for Patients. The company looked to ICON Technology Group for Solutions.
Our Approach:
We created a Web based Survey product for the company from scratch. We then added a Voice based front end and a Wireless/Mobile front end
without any change in the Web based application. All three delivery channels worked seamlessly with common shared data between them.
How it worked
save time, reduce costs and become more competitive. Instead of creating three separate applications, the company had one application created and extended the application to be voice and wireless enabled. Considering the thousands of patients and hundreds of doctors using the application, the total cost savings are extremely substantial.
